These terms apply to your use of itsl.global and to any course you book with us. Please read them, together with our Refund and Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy, before booking.

2. Using this website
The information on this website is provided for general information. We may update or change it at any time and we cannot guarantee that the website will always be available or error-free.
You must not misuse the website, for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code or posting unlawful, offensive or promotional content in comments. We may refuse or remove any comment.
The content of this website, including text, images, logos and course materials, belongs to or is licensed to ITSL. You may view and print it for your personal use, but you may not copy, sell or distribute it without our written permission.
3. Courses and bookings
Each course page describes the course, its duration, format and price. Your booking is accepted, and a contract between you and us is formed, when your payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation by email.
If we are unable to accept your booking, for example because a course is full or its stated entry requirements are not met, we will let you know and refund you in full.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). The price shown on the payment page is the total amount you will pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not see or store your card details.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Your right to cancel and how refunds work are set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Changes to courses
We may make reasonable changes to a course, such as its dates, timetable, trainers, venue or delivery format. If we make a significant change, cancel or postpone a course, you can choose between a transfer and a full refund.
7. Your responsibilities
Please give us accurate information when you book, respect other participants and our staff, and use course materials for your own learning only. Course materials may not be shared, recorded or resold without our permission.
8. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
If you are a consumer, we are not liable for any business losses. In all other cases, our total liability to you in connection with a course is limited to the price you paid for that course.
9. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
